INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF VIRTUAL TEAMS

The paper researches the specifics of the use of information technologies in the management of virtual teams. It is shown that in the conditions of virtualization of activities, the management of companies faces challenges that can be solved through the use of modern information technologies. The classification of technologies is carried out taking into account the functional tasks that they are aimed at solving. The opportunities provided by information technologies for the management of organizations, as well as the problems of their application in the management of virtual teams, are defined.
