METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO IDENTIFYING AND STUDYING STRUCTURAL BARRIERS TO IMPROVING ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
Keywords:
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGESAbstract
The discussion is devoted to the study of structural barriers in organizations and their impact on improving
organizational effectiveness. The main types of barriers are considered, including insufficient coordination and
communication, vertical and horizontal fragmentation, low structural flexibility, frequent strategy changes, implicit
policies, and limited resources. It is shown that methodological approaches for identifying such barriers, in particular systems analysis, strategic management, and cultural analysis, are key to optimizing processes and achieving high results with minimal resource expenditure. The use of these approaches allows organizations to systematically identify problem areas, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure sustainable development in a competitive business environment.
